"Chom Chao - Phnom Penh - Cambodia"

"A country famous for its tradition, the Angkor Wat, and the killing field"

but I came to see and serve the :

- Abandoned children & adult because of HIV

- TB Patients

- General patients at the edge of dying & Stroke

- patient with mental disorder

- Poor peoples in the villages and some street children in Phnom Penh

 The Faith continues...不離不棄不捨的誓言...

MARKET DAY - To buy food for the poor peoples in the villages

A few times in different markets We are checking the prices to purchase for the poorest peoples

Each family will bring a specific card to collect the bag per month.

The bag contains 10 Kg of Rices, Pastas, Detergents, Noodles and Soy Sauces.

Medicines Dispensary Day - The Medical service & Medicines are completely free of charge

I'm purchasing the medicines in the whole-saler in Phnom Penh.

One day per week, 3 doctors come to see the patients, which come from the surrounding villages. However, some may come from really far away...

I helped inside separating the medicines, but many of them are taking lots of antibiotics and I think the major reason is due to the bad condition of where they live.

Street Children Feeding. - On the weekends, they are many children on the street....

Many of these children collect the racks on the street and somehow they recycle them and re-sale them in the same market. This is the way to provide some income to them, but the condition where they eat and hang around is simply not very clean.

Visiting to the poorest village of Chom Chao...

There are many villages like from these pictures you see. They are not only being the most basic, but sometimes, the hygiene is extremely bad.

Left: Do you see the water just next to the home? they actually have some fishes inside, but with the garbeges covered all over the water and place.

Right: This lady of 81 years is one of the lonely elder people who live in one of the village I visited. All his sons (7) died in the war and few years ago, also her husband. She is presently getting food only from some peoples around the villages.

The Killing Field... nearly 9'000 peoples were killed here...a Shocking place to visit

Here, was the place where victims transported from Tuol Sleng and other places in the country were detained. Usually, when the truck arrived, held about 30 frightened, blindfolded prisioners to be executed immediately.

Many of these mass graves have few hundreds of victims inside....

When I walked around these graves, I feel some pain on how human can't live in peace and how lucky we are in our World.
